Kachur B. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of scientific and methodical work with teachers in the region.

The thesis research has defined and scientifically substantiated the place and role of scientific and methodical work with teachers in the regional system of postgraduate pedagogical education, has outlined objectives of the regional system of scientific and methodical work with teaching staff, has identified and characterized the structure, function and its content, has found and scientifically substantiated the principles and conditions of arranging scientific and methodical work with teachers in the region, has worked out the system of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and methodical work with teachers in the region, has established and theoretically justified a generalized pattern of organizing scientific and methodical work with teachers in the region; has perfected the technology of practical use of expert evaluation of pedagogical educational phenomenon of the method of expert evaluations by putting into scientific use the term «didactic expertise», which reflects a combination of experts’ self-esteem and the estimate of generalized model, has worked out the technology of diagnosing and monitoring of scientific and methodical work effectiveness with teachers, has defined pedagogical conditions of its organization taking into account regional characteristic features, has formulated practical recommendations to improve the management of scientific and methodical work with teachers as a part of postgraduate pedagogical education.
