The object is the psychological culture of future specialists; a purpose is determination of maintenance of psychological culture of the future engineer-pedagogical specialists and exposure of systems factors of its development; methods are the theoretical and methodological analysis of problem, systematization of the scientific sources; testing, supervision, individual and groups conversations, trainings; statistical methods of the empiric data processing; novelty - first found out terms, subjective and objective factors which to determine development of psychological culture; the professional analysis is carried out and psychogdams of engineer-pedagogical specialist is built; complex psychological knowledges about the psychological culture of personality are improved; got further development: theoretical concepts of psychological culture as factor of success of professional activity of engineer-pedagogical specialists; results - the methods of development of the system of professionally-important qualities and other constituents of psychological culture of engineer-pedagogical specialist are developed; methods of the psychological training and estimation of his influence on forming of separate components of development of psychological culture of engineer-pedagogical specialist are developed; research results are inculcated in the Kamatorsk economic-humanitarian institute; Odessa national university of the name of I.I.
