Essay

Object: charges on labor force and its distributing between the hired workers. Purpose: grounded choice of theoretical conception and development on its basis of scientific-methodical recommendations on adjusting and rational management charges on labor force. Methods: analysis and synthesis, statistical, mathematical design. Results: conception of «participation» of the hired workers in a add value and proper changes of mechanism to the contractual adjusting of charges on labor force is first grounded, scientific-methodical bases of the structural adjusting and allocation of charges on labor force are improved taking into account the operating system of taxation and obligatory deductions in the off-budget funds of social security. Use: in activity of joint-stock company «Ukrainian transport insurance company», in the educational process of the National university of water economy and use management.
