3. Object of research: system of social and economic relations in the course of professional development of labour potential within the limits of system of quality of activity at the enterprises. A research objective: working out of theoretical-methodological bases and practical recommendations about improvement of the organisation of professional development of labour potential as factor of improvement of system of quality of activity of the enterprises. Research methods: the economic-mathematical, statistical, comparative analysis; the cluster analysis; the correlation analysis; a method of expert interrogations. Results, novelty: conceptually-economic bases concerning creation of the National standard on the organisation of vocational training of staff on manufacture Are proved. Methodical approaches to diagnostics of culture of quality of activity of the enterprises are developed. The theoretical-methodical approach to introduction of methods of vocational training and system of an estimation of the organisation of professional development of staff is improved.
