Kachur V. The patriotic upbringing of schoolchildren by means of artistic regional studies.

The research is devoted to the problem of patriotic upbringing of children in primary schools by means of artistic regional studies. The concept of patriotism has been defined more precisely in the work. The concept of patriotic upbringing by means of artistic regional studies has been defined as well. The levels of patriotic consciousness of schoolchildren (high, sufficient, medium, elementary) have been defined on the basis of the criteria (cognitive, emotional and motivational, active and creative, ethnic and identification, polyartistic) which have been elaborated beforehand. The model of patriotic upbringing of schoolchildren by means of artistic regional studies has also been elaborated. The pedagogical conditions and personally oriented integrated technology of patriotic upbringing of schoolchildren by means of artistic regional studies have been defined, scientifically substantiated and checked by experiment and research.
