Bodnaruk O. Organization of labour payment in Ukraine under the market conditions

Object of research: the payment organisation in Ukraine in market conditions. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical bases concerning the payment organisation in market conditions, working out of scientifically-methodical and scientifically-practical recommendations concerning improvement of system of the organisation of a payment and the mechanism its regulation in Ukraine. Research methods: methods of the complex analysis and synthesis, the formal and dialectic logic, generalisation, methods of the statistical analysis, the rather-economic analysis, multifactorial korreljatsionno-regressionniy analysis; sociological interrogation. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of theoretical both methodological bases and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanism of regulation of a payment in Ukraine. Practical results: consist that the theoretical positions stated in work, are finished to level of concrete recommendations to what introduction of scientific results at the state, regional levels and at level of the enterprises testifies. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the theoretical model of the national mechanism of regulation of a payment is proved; the economic-mathematical model of the operating mechanism of formation of wages on macro-and branch levels and enterprise level is developed; are improved: ordering of concepts of wages in the basic directions of an economic science; wages definition in modern conditions; definition of principles of the organisation of a payment in the conditions of the socially-focused market economy; have received the further development: ordering of market and not market factors of a payment; conceptual bases of improvement of the organisation of a payment in Ukraine. Introduction degree: results of research are introduced in practical activities of the Ministry of Labour and social policy of Ukraine, Committee of Social Policy and Laboir of the Verhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk City Council, Open Society "Metallurgical Plant by Ilyicha", Joint-Stock Company "Donetskstal", and also in educational process of Donetsk institute of business.
