Buntovskyi S. Formation of the System for Socio-economic Managing of Innovative Labour

Object of research: process of formation of system of social and economic management by innovative labour. Working out of theoretical, scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations concerning the in a complex-target approach to formation of system of social and economic management by development of innovative labour is the purpose of dissertational labour. Research receptions: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of the statistical, economic, comparative analysis, economic-mathematical method, methods of the statistical analysis and the matrix analysis. Theoretical results: consist in deepening theoretical and working out of scientifically-methodical bases of formation of system of social and economic management by innovative work. Practical results: consist in working out of offers and scientifically-applied recommendations concerning formation of a control system by innovative work. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the model of an in a complex-target control system by innovative activity working at the factory level is developed; scientifically-methodical bases of the organisation of conflictology monitoring in sphere of innovative activity are offered; are improved: kathegorial the research device; theoretiko-methodical and scientifically-applied bases of formation of the complex mechanism of stimulation innovative labour; have received the further development: scientifically-methodical bases of stimulation of innovative activity of workers of design and technological subsections of the enterprise; directions of development of industrial democracy. Introduction degree: results research are entered into practical activities of Institute of Industrial Economy of National Academy of Sciluce of Ukraine, the Donetsk Council of Trade Unions, Departmen of National Service of Intermediary and Reconciliation in Donetsk oblast, Joint-Stock Company "Novokramatorsky Machine-Building Factory" (Kramatorsk), and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
