Zhylina M. Efficiency improvement for functioning the regional labour market

Object of research: processes of employment (employment, dismissal) population in real sector of economy of area. The purpose of research: achievement of the greatest possible occupation level of the economically active population in scales of separate area on the basis of theoretical generalization, analysis of practice and methodical substantiation of measures on increase of efficiency of functioning of the regional market of work. Methods of research: logic abstraction, system approach, analysis and synthesis, analogies, economic-mathematical modeling; statistical methods - index, relative and average sizes, analysis of the tendency of development with the help of the elementary and average parameters of dynamics; system of the national accounts. Theoretical and practical results: is profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules concerning increase of efficiency of functioning of the regional market of work are advanced. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete methodical recommendations and create the preconditions for the further increase of an occupation level of the economically active population in scales of separate area. Have found practical application in activity of the Lugansk regional centre of employment; Alchevsk of the urban centre of employment; the municipal enterprise "Alchevsk housing-operational association"; the Donbass state technical university Ministries of education and sciences of Ukraine at teaching disciplines " Economy of work ", "Statistics". Scientific novelty: the choice of strategy of effective functioning of the regional market of work is proved; the contents of the control of realization of intermediate term strategy of effective functioning of the regional market of work is determined. The tendencies of dynamics of functioning of the regional market of work are appreciated. The approaches to an estimation of a conjuncture of the regional market of work, receptions of accounts of quantitative and qualitative estimations of separate functions of the regional market of work, definition of the purposes of the extended reproduction of a labour in scales of area are advanced. The definition of functioning of the regional market of work is specified. The understanding of a role and place of driving forces of the regional market of work is opened depending on character of arrival on the market and exit from it of the basic subjects. The contents of the market of work as mechanism through allocation and concrete definition of its basic functions is determined.
