Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical ground and forming of practical recommendations in relation to development and introduction of the motivational system of staff of the enterprise, which foresees realization of estimation of motivation and motivational monitoring. For this purpose the analysis has been conducted and usage of system and special-purpose approach has been substantiated. Possibility of usage such tool as "motivational profile" has been examined. This tool is suggested by Sh. Richi and P.Martin. It is used for the discovery of motivational needs of staff. The expedience of application of socio-economic category "motivational potential" as a part of "labour potential" has been proved. It is used for estimation of efficiency of motivational system. The method of realization of estimation of motivation of staff labour has been developed. Recommendations for realization of the motivational monitoring have been formed. Proofs of efficiency of introduction of the system of motivation in native enterprises offered in the dissertation have been described on the example of LLC "Interfoаm".
