Babinets S. Оrganizational and methodological principles of monitoring of secondary schools activities

Thesis for the candidate degree in pedagogics by speciality 13.00.06 - the theory and methodology of management in education. - University of Education Management of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2010. The thesis is the theoretical and experimental research of monitoring problem of secondary schools activities. The essential characteristics of the basic notions are revealed on the basis of analysis of the literary sources and the results of educational practice. The theories, ideas, conceptions and principles concerning the monitoring of secondary schools activities are distinguished along with the research of their realization in practice. The model of secondary schools activities of monitoring was worked out on the basis of grounded organizational and methodological principles of secondary schools activities of monitoring. The structure of the model consists of the components of aim, content, organization and methodology. The model are the technology of organization and conducting the management of secondary schools activities and the technology of formation readiness of the subjects of management for monitoring the secondary schools activities are the pats of the model. There has been designed and experimentally tested the factors and criteria of monitoring of the secondary schools activities. Effectiveness of the model of monitoring was checked in the course of the formation stage of the experiment. The results of the research have been introduced into the practical activity of secondary schools.
