Vargata O. Organization-Methodological Bases of Management of the Pupils' of General Educational Establishment Aesthetic Education.

The dissertation deals with the problem of organization-methodological bases of management of the pupils' of general educational establishment aesthetic education. The essence of the notion "management of the pupils' aesthetic education" is determined. The organization-methodological bases of management of the pupils' of general educational establishment aesthetic education are worked out and scientifically grounded, its structure, methodological and organizational principles, technology of implementation are characterized. The factors, criteria, levels of organization-methodological bases of management of the pupils' aesthetic education are determined and grounded. Proper qualimetrical model for tracing the influence of organization-methodological bases implementation on the level of management of the pupils' aesthetic education in general educational establishment is worked out. The results of the experimental research proved positive influence of implementation of organization-methodological bases on the level of management of the pupils' aesthetic education; proper methodological recommendations for the managers of general educational establishments are worked out.
