Dissertation is devoted to theoretical - methodical and applied principles of providing of efficiency of realization of measures of decline of unemployment of women and development of recommendations in improvement of employment of women in a region mechanisms adjusting. The authorial point of view in understanding of "Labour-market gender tension", "Labour force gender loading", "Intensity of women including in a labour-market", "Index of maximum accordance in relation to a certain gender-dominating type at the labour market" concepts essence is formed. The factors of influence on efficiency of realization at the labour market regulator measures are distinguished, their classification depending on the degree of influence is offered. The methodical providing of gender evaluation of labour-market in accordance with conceptual position of research is generalized. The methods of complex evaluation of women employment specific features at the regional labour market what built on the basis of gender approach and takes into account the algorithm of monitoring realization of the gender structure employment state, level of labour and factors resources usage, which determine their dynamics are offered.
