Object - educational process in higher educational establishments of I - II levels of accreditation; aim - reveal the influence of implementation of scientifically grounded pedagogical conditions of forming responsibility of students at classes of physical training in higher educational establishments of I - II levels of accreditation on increasing level of its formation; methods - theoretical, empirical, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics; novelty - pedagogical conditions of forming responsibility of students at classes of physical training were scientifically grounded and experimentally proved, factorial and criterial model of assessment of levels of forming responsibility of students in higher educational establishments of I - II levels of accreditation were devised for the first time; results - experimental verification of scientifically grounded pedagogical conditions of forming responsibility of students at classes of physical training allows to recommend introducing them in educational process of higher educational establishments of I - II levels of accreditation for the purpose of improving educational process efficiency, higher pedagogical establishments and postgraduate educational establishments for the purpose of training physical culture teachers for educational work
