Object of research: development of labor potential of workers of an education system. The purpose of dissertational work is perfection of theoretical bases, working out of scientifically-methodical and scientifically-practical recommendations about development of labor potential of workers of an education system. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, the analysis, synthesis, the is abstract-logic analysis, the system approach, economic-mathematical methods and methods of the statistical analysis, methods of indistinct mathematics. Theoretical results: consist in development of theoretical and methodological bases of research of formation and use of labor potential and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations about development of labor potential of workers of an education system. Practical results: consist that the theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions developed during research, is a basis for maintenance of realization of the offered directions of development of labor potential of workers of an education system. Scientific novelty: for the first time: organizational-methodical bases of development of labor potential of workers of an education system are developed; are developed: scientifically-methodical approach to an estimation of a level of development of labor potential of workers of an education system; it is improved: model of development of labor potential of workers of an education system, scientifically-methodical toolkit of a quantitative estimation of level of labor potential of workers of an education system; had the further development: the conceptually-categorial device of research of labor potential. Devel of improving: results of research are introduced in practical activities of Lugansk oblast State Administration; Severodonetsk City Council of Lugansk Region; Kremensky Regional State Administration of Lugansk Region; Severodonetsk Institute Branch of postedecational formation and remote training of the East Ukrainian BNational University of a Name of Vladimir Dal, and also in educational process of the East Ukrainian National University of a Name of Vladimir Dal.
