Research object: providing of professionally qualification to balanced (PQB) of regional labour-market. Research purpose: theoretical ground, generalization of practice and development of the methodical providing of increase of level of PQB of regional labour-market. Research methods: object-oriented decoupling; intentional explanation; dialectics subjective and objective; scaluvaning (nominal scale); tables of attended; matrices of types; explication of empiric proofs, successive narrowing of operative area; correlations and regressions.
