Martynets L. Formation of the Business Qualities of Senior Pupils by Means of Project Activity

The present dissertation emphosises the theoretical and practical aspects of the problem business qualities of forming on the basis of home and foreign philosophical, psychological-pedagogical, socio-economic researches of analysis, points out the essence and structure of the phenomenon of "business qualities of a personality" as well as the criteria, indexes and levels of formed business qualities of senior pupils are defined. The methodics of forming senior pupils business quality are examined by means of project activity as the integral system of "pupil-teacher-parents" cooperation through grounding of the basic components of methodics: including purposeful, motivational, cognitive, judicial, resultative. The special courses for senior pupils, teachers and parents as well as methodical recommendations helping to form senior pupils business qualities by means of project activity are specially developed for pedagogical workers of post-graduate education, methodical service and general educational establishments.
