Denysovets T. Education of healthy way of life for socially neglected children in the conditions of boarding-schools

Dissertation research is devoted to the urgent issue for modern Ukrainian society which is dealt with activities for socially neglected children in the conditions of boarding-schools, and to education of healthy way of life, in particular. While characterizing a socially neglected child as a child with distorted vitally important resources Denysovets T. emphasizes in the importance of the educational direction such as education of healthy way of life, pointing out levels and criteria of it and having determined proper methods based on personality background. She considers the following components: 1. Forming and moulding of the vital values of healthy way of life based on the principles of unity among physical, spiritual, intellectual and social needs. 2. Creating of health catering surrounding in the condition of boarding-schools. 3. Forming of the subject-object relationships among boarding-school staff- and a student, a teacher- a student, a tutor- a student, catering staff of boarding-school - a student, a student - a student. 4. Mouldins of vital skills which encourage physical, psychic, mental, intellectual and social health. 5. Vital selfdevelopins of a student's personality and it's a imins. Educational experiment done on the base of methods described above gave positive results having shown the effectiveness of methodological techniques applied by T. Denysovets.
