Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research and comparative analysis of immunotropic effects of non-opioid analgetics including new combined nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs – thioaspecard and indotril, and also spasmolytic drug with analgesic properties – vinboron. Study of influence of researched non-narcotic analgetics on nonspecific resistance has showed that diclofenac sodium, thioaspecard and indotril possess the most expressed inhibitory effect. By intensity of inhibitory effect upon humoral immune response researched drugs can be ranked: diclofenac sodium > indotril > meloxicam > celecoxib > thioaspecard. Highly selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor rofecoxib and spasmoanalgetic drug vinboron caused an increase of humoral immune response. Study of influence of non-opioid analgetics on cellular immunity has revealed that only vinboron promoted rise of indices of delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction delayedtype hypersensitivity. Research of immunotropic activity of vinboron on the mice of CBA line with cyclophosphaninduced immunodeficiency showed increase of antibodies production by spleen cells and indices of reaction delayedtype hypersensitivity as well as decrease of immunodepressive effect of cyclophosphan.
