Research object: labour processes of specialists are in industry; the purpose of the work: ground and development of theoretical positions, scientifically-methodical providing and practical recommendations in relation to development of the system of setting of norms of labour of specialists in industry; research methods and apparatus: methods of theoretical generalization, analysis of the systems, scientific classification, comparative analysis, финансово-экономического and statistical analysis, method of expert estimations, cross-correlation-regressive method, graphic method; theoretical and practical results: scientifically-methodical going near application of norms of labour in the system of financial stimulation of specialists of industrial enterprises at the calculation of raises for labour achievements depending on certain labour intensiveness of the works executed by them for the certain interval of time, confronted with the maximum monthly fund of working hours; methodical recommendations on the leadthrough of diagnostics of the state of setting of norms of labour of specialists on industrial enterprises, which, unlike existing, are built on basis: realizations of complex estimation of financially-economic performance of enterprises indicators, structures of personnel, material well-being of enterprises, purview norms of labour, human capitals; leadthroughs of comparative analysis of structure of norms of labour; determinations of expedient methods of calculation of quantity of specialists; composition of socio-economic factors of influence on efficiency of labour processes of specialists is in industry, which is complemented additionally selected in theory grounded and practically meaningful factors, namely: level of mental activity of specialists, individual intensity of labour, level of domain and use of computer technique; methodical going near development of norms of labour for specialists in industry by the large-sized methods of setting of norms, the feature of which is an account of dependence of types of norms which must be developed, from the certain model goals of their development and introduction; determination of concept «Labour process of specialist», in which, unlike existing, an object and product of labour of specialist is specified; under this concept the aggregate of successive actions of performer or group of performers of high qualification, which are executed on workplaces, is understood, on converting of the articles of labour (present resources, above all things to information) into its product (useful information and administrative decisions); technology of management reduction of non-productive expenses of time in the conditions of origin of conflicts, the difference of which is determination of the most effective methods of decision of conflicts depending on their types; degree of introduction: developments are inculcated in practical activity of LTD. «Mayak Elektromontazh», enterprises «Buran-2006», HNEU at teaching of disciplines «Setting of norms of labour» and «Organization of labour»; sphere of the use: management the system of setting of norms of labour of specialists on industrial enterprises.
