Essay

Object of research is the development of managerial personnel in the banking system. The aim of the thesis is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of managers quality and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of management personnel in the banking system. Methods: the dialectical method of knowledge, historical and logical, systematic and structural analysis of economic processes and phenomena, analysis and synthesis, methods of quantitative and qualitative comparison, the methods of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting, statistical and graphical methods. Theoretical results: is to deepen existing theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of formation of quality manpower and develop scientific and practical recommendations for the development of personnel management in the banking system. Practical results: lies in the fact that the theoretical and methodological implementation of the thesis provide a system for continuous development of management training in commercial banks. Scientific novelty: the first time: the classification level of professionalism of managers in the banking system, the conceptual scheme of the system management service and professional advancement of executives in the bank; improved: conceptual and categorial apparatus for studying the quality of the workforce, namely, given a definition of "development of professional ist managers".Organizational and functional maintenance of managerial personnel in the banking system through the development of an integrated assessment model professional managers, have been developed: the definition of the objectives of vocational training, organizational and methodological principles of management development. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in the practice of Donetsk Oblast State Administration; PAO "Commercial Bank" Ukrainian Financial World"; "DONGORBANK", JSC "Savings Bank of Ukraine in Donetsk AB" Diamond "(Donetsk), Donetsk Branch ZAO "Brokbusinessbank", as well as used in the learning process Mariupol State University.
