Essay

Dissertation research deals with the problem of the increase of educational process effectiveness by introduction of monitoring model in the system of pedagogical management of private HEE and creation for this purpose of the special conditions. In the thesis the problems that are connected with the absence of criterion indexes for measuring of educational process effectiveness in private HEE, and with the absence of the indexes system, that characterizes the result of the educational process - quality of higher education are enlighten. In the thesis we proved that the competitiveness of graduating students and private higher educational establishment on the whole is possible by the creation of the marketing adjusting of HEE activity. The system of pedagogical management of private higher educational establishment with the marketing and monitoring accompaniment of its activity is developed, the conditions for the monitoring progress of the educational process effectiveness are determined, the content and structure of monitoring of educational process in a private HEE effectiveness, evaluation criteria, tools and monitoring technology are developed. The use of monitoring of educational process effectiveness in the system of pedagogical management of private HEE and the positive influence of its introduction on the increase of competitiveness of educational establishment is proved.
