Makhynya T. Development of managerial skills of the heads of preschool educational institutions in the system of post-graduate pedagogical training.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the model of development of managerial skills of heads of pre-school educational institutions in the system of refresher training. The author has analyzed psychological and pedagogical literature on development of managerial skills in heads of pre-school educational institutions and determined the structure, contents, distinctive features, and problems of development of managerial skills of heads of pre-school educational institutions during their refresher training. The thesis writer has substantiated and experimentally tested the model of development of managerial skills of heads of pre-school educational institutions in the system of refresher training which includes conceptual, contents, technological, and diagnostic components. Using the research findings she has worked out methodological recommendations to be used in the training center "School for development of managerial skills of heads of pre-school educational institutions" designed to develop managerial skills of heads of pre-school educational institutions through organization of their guided self-education, as well as recommendations for lecturers and instructors of institutes of post-graduate pedagogical education regarding introduction of the integrated special course "Managerial skills of heads of pre-school educational institutions".
