Object of research: organizational processes on enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting services. Purpose of research: development of complex of models of organizational processes, providing the increase of economic efficiency of activity of enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting. Methods of research: approach of the systems, logic analysis and synthesis, cluster analysis, graphic method, methods of economical and mathematical modeling, theory of fuzzy sets. Results: the features of productive activity of enterprises are investigational in industry of grant of project and consulting services, their role is certain in innovative development of national economy; going near development of organizational structures and methods of design of organizational processes is investigational on enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting services; conception of design of organizational processes is worked out on enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting services; the model of forming of composition of project commands is improved on enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting services; the model of distribution is improved to the performers of works on the projects of consulting service; the models of planning of permanent and temporal employees of enterprise are offered in industry of grant of project and consulting services; the structure of the informatively-service system of support of organizationally-administrative process is improved on enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting services; the offered models of forming of composition of project commands and distribution are realized to the employees of works at development of software component of "ApparelWorkflow" of LTD "JT Solutions"; realization and estimation of effect models of planning of employees are conducted on joint-stock company of "Habitat Vivendi". Novelty: it is first worked out: conception of design of organizational processes on enterprise in industry of grant of project and consulting services; improved: model of forming of composition of project commands; model of distribution of volumes and types of works; models of planning of amount of permanent and temporal employees of basic business processes of enterprise are in industry of grant of project and consulting services; got further development: structure of the informatively-service system of support of organizationally-administrative process on enterprises in industry of grant of project and consulting services.
