Lebid I. Management of primary education in Ukraine (1917 – 1930)

Object: Management of secondary school in Ukraine 17 – 30 years of the twentieth century; goal: to discover the priorities of primary education system in Ukraine and especially their implementation in 17 – 30 years of the twentieth century; methods: general (analysis, synthesis , systematization, generalization), historical (the historical and structural, chronological, retrospective, typological); novelty: theoretically priority tasks of primary education system studied period and revealed organizational and pedagogical conditions of their implementation practice of management education outcomes: the models of the hierarchical system of primary education each stage of the above mentioned period (the Ukrainian Central Rada, Hetman, Singapore, the Soviet era), highlights the features of each of the priorities of primary education in Ukraine based on the criteria and parameters of their assessment („the tendency to progress”, „tendency toward stability”, „the tendency to regress”) as the implementation in practice of the management of primary education.
