Research object: processes of financial stimulation of labour activity on industrial enterprises. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological bases of construction of effective model of financial stimulation of labour activity of personnel of industrial enterprise in market conditions. Methods: system, scientific systematization, comparative, cross-correlation analysis, questionnaire. Novelty: a structural model, including organizational, economic, legal, motivational and informative constituents of financial stimulation of workers of industrial enterprise, is first developed, the method of calculation of individual fund of payment of labour is offered on the basis of selection of the cored structural subdivisions, classification of kinds and forms of stimuli is improved by their systematization after the transmitters of economic interests. Sphere of the use: in economic activity of state enterprise the “Scientific-production complex of gas and turbo constructing “Zorya-Mashproekt”, in the educational process of the National University of Shipbuilding named admiral Makarov.
