Renkas B. Peculiarities of Management of a General Educational Establishment under the Conditions of Career-oriented Education Manuscript

The results of the analysis of the scientific pedagogical literature, normative documents, generalization of the experience of the work of general educational establishments in the process of research allowed to find out conceptual approaches to realization of career-oriented education in domestic and foreign pedagogical experience, to expose the essence and role of career-oriented education in the development of general educational establishments. For the first time it is grounded and characterized the application of the special purpose strategic planning for general educational establishment in the conditions of career-oriented education; the system of planning levels and methodology of construction of "tree of aims" for structural subdivisions of general educational establishments in the conditions of career-oriented education, as included into methodical recommendations for the heads of general educational establishments. In dissertation, the conceptual model of the development of readiness of the heads to the peculiarities of general educational establishment management in the conditions of career-oriented education is developed based on theoretical generalization.
