Essay

Dissertation research is devoted to the actual problem of general pedagogic and the history of pedagogic - scientific reasoning of organizational and pedagogical principles of the functioning of the specialized secondary school of the artistic-aesthetic profile, their practical establishment into the practice of the functioning of the author school. On the basis of the analysis of the number of historical and pedagogical sources the conceptual principles and organizational-pedagogical conditions of the effective functioning of the author school of the artistic-aesthetic profile were determined, parameters and criteria of the evaluation of the effectiveness of its activity. The conception of the functioning and development of the establishment refers to the organizational and pedagogical principles of the activity of the author school of the artistic-aesthetic profile where the scientific approaches and management principles and the organization of the educational and upbringing process are represented, as well as the aim and the purpose of its activity; level-function management structure; technologies of the creation of pedagogically-organized surroundings and the development of the creativity potential of each pupil; the profiles of each school-leaver of each section of the school. Technical, scientific-methodical, didactic, sanitary-hygienic aspects are referred to the effective conditions. The totality of organizational-pedagogical principles and the conditions school functioning are characterized by means of structural-functional model of the management of its activity. The regulations which are important for evaluation of status development of the creativity potential of the pupils are emphasizes, indices of the creation of the pedagogically organized media are discoursed, the basic characteristic of the school-leaver of the each section of the school are distinguished .
