Essay

In the thesis research it is found out that the value is defined as all variety of subjects of human activity, public relations, natural phenomena which can be estimated by the person from positions of good and harm, true and falsity, beauty and ugliness, morality and immorality, utility and harm. Valuable orientations as a scientific problem are examined in close interrelation with the vital purposes of the person, way of his life, requirements, interests, mental sets. Valuable orientations are based on the person's outlook, his moral, political, aesthetic belief and tastes, define his behaviour. The types of valuable orientations (developed, steady, indisputable valuable orientations and not developed, unstable, disputable) which characterize different levels of personal inner world being formed, connection of consciousness with subconsciousness, ideals, vital aspirations are analyzed in the thesis. The author discloses the important way of formation of value orientations of agrarian university students - foreign (English) language. Learning of foreign language allows to get into deep processes which occur in political, economic and cultural life of a society, to reveal interrelations and interdependence between the changes occurring in the system of values and valuable orientations of the society and individual (public group, class, nation). The thesis research defines pedagogical conditions which consist of set of components that are found at different levels of hierarchical structure. The principal ones among them are: dialogue, psychological comfort, coincidence of interests, moral and aesthetic environment, favorable moral and cultural, psychological and pedagogical climate, creative and professional activity of the teacher, teaching of special disciplines.
