Essay

Object of research: The formation and implementation of personnel policies in the health care system in the region. Purpose: To deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of human resources policies in health care in the region, development of methodological and practical recommendations for improving these policies and to improve health human resource capacity in the light of current trends and priorities for human resource development industry. Methods: comparative, system analysis, factor, economic-statistical and econometric analysis, opinion poll. Novelty: first proposed the integral index to assess the health of the population of the region, which determines the level of social and medical effectiveness of personnel policy in the health sector and includes a system of demographic and health indicators and indicators of the level and quality of medical care, improved conceptual approach to understanding the categories of personnel policy position of the component, territorial and sectoral sections, a system of criteria and indicators integrated assessment of the effectiveness of personnel policy in the health field. Scope: Activities of the State Committee on Nationalities and Religions of Ukraine, the Commission of Health of the Lviv Regional Council, the Main Department of Health in the Lviv region.
