Object of research: professional competence of management; purpose: theoretical basis and development of methods of development of professional competence management industry in the context of building a cognitive society; research methods and apparatus: theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, monographic method, the method SWOT-analysis, multivariate factor analysis, the method of taxonomy, the method of fuzzy sets; theoretical and practical outcomes: methodological assessment of the level of professional competence of management in general and its individual components (functional and personal), the difference of which is a combination of taxonomy and fuzzy sets, that can justify the feasibility of transition to competence development model management industry; technology development relevant professional competencies of HR, which is the feature content of typical enrichment and a list of content and new skills, allowing them to form situational portfolio, the practical use which will increase efficiency of management; the definition content of the concept "professional competence management" as an indicator of quality of educational processes, a feature which is a combination of knowledge, talent and ability to use them in the governmental activities according to functional responsibilities, to determine sformovanist and consistency of its structural component; methodical approach to determining the critical points of the development of professional competence of management of industrial enterprises, a feature which is evaluating the feasibility of the developed list of areas of professional competence, which will form a constructive program to deal with situational problems in the management of personnel development; composition and content sections development program of professional competence of management and sequence of steps for their realization that, unlike the existing ones, provides a rational synthesis of technology education and professional capacity and (or) the competence of management, depending on the results of comparison of their condition and ensure the application of enterprise competence model of their personnel; the degree of implementation: design implemented in practice Ltd "UGS "Slobozhanochka", PE "AhroShat", OJSC "Turboatom", OJSC "Karlivsky motor-aggregate plant"; scope: development of professional competence of management
