Kryvokhyzha Y. Sanitary-hygienic substantiation of the elaboration of washing-disinfectant mean for milking and dairy equipment

Object of research: alkaline washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez". Purpose of research: to develop the alkaline washing-disinfectant mean and technological modes of sanitary treatment of milking equipment which will allow to get the milk of microbiological quality standard, to work out and to conciliate technical conditions and directions concerning the usage of the detergent. Methods of researches: sanitary-hygienic, microbiological, physical-chemical, toxicological and statistical. Scientific novelty: new alkaline washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez" is worked out for sanitary treatment of milking equipment, it doesn't contain active chlorine and phosphates. The quaternary ammonium composition - katamin AB is used as a disinfectant substance in the structure of the washing-disinfectant mean for the first time. The combining of quaternary ammonium composition with alkali, complexon and corrosion inhibitor in given concentrations is determined to increase bactericidal activity and existing washing effect. The level of toxicity, cumulative peculiarities, irritating and skin resorptive effect of the developed detergent is investigated. The technological modes of using the washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez" for treatment of portable milking devices, pipeline milking equipment, coolers of milk and milk carts which allow to have the milk of extra quality are worked out. The identification of the micro flora which is abstracted from washings of the milking equipment and milk collapsible after sanitary treatment by means of the detergent "Sandez" is conducted. Degree of investigation: the washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez" for sanitary treatment of milking and diary equipment is instilled into manufacturing. The following normative documents are necessary to be used while manufacturing and using washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez" TY Y 24.2-14041043-005:2011 alkaline washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez" and the instructions on the usage of alkaline washing-disinfectant mean "Sandez". Suggestions concerning production are presented in methodical recommendations: "Sanitary rules of treatment of milking and diary equipment and controlling its sanitary conditions" approved by scientific technical council of State Committee of veterinary medicine of Ministry of agrarian politics of Ukraine dated December 23, 2010 report № 1.
