Stepanova L. Ensuring efficient use of labor potential of commercial enterprises.

The dissertation is devoted to developing theoretical and practical recommendations to ensure efficient use of labor potential of commercial enterprises. Specify the essence of the term "labor potential commercial enterprise" and defined the structure of labor potential, which proposed to determine the physiological, psychological, vocational qualification, intellectual innovation, cultural, moral and demographic composition. Methodical approaches to ensure efficient use of labor capacity and reasonable system of indicators for integrated assessment of its value. Proposed priorities effective use of labor capacity, based on the national program of development of labor potential applications Ukrainian cooperative union and Poltava region cooperative union the development of labor potential in trade. Formed organizational and economic mechanism to ensure efficient use of labor potential of commercial enterprises, defined as a set of economic and institutional instruments and helps to ensure a competitive advantage and efficiency of commercial enterprises in general. Methodological approaches and procedure of prognostication of the workers labour of trade enterprises, that is base on criterion of optimization of methods of evaluation and forming of development directions of labour potential productivity are worked out.
