Methodology-theoretical basic of forming specialist's competitiveness at the labor market was investigated at the dissertation; the estimation of modern specialists' competitiveness and particularly its educational factor was carried out; the main trends of educational system development and a level of employers' requirements satisfaction by quality characteristics of young specialists were determined. At this base directions of increasing young specialists' competitiveness were proposed (quantitatively-quality structure of personnel training and professional orientation system etc.). The model of developing competitive professional was built; the subjects and the factors of the influence on this process were determined, and also the essence and features of modern personnel training system. The typical modern and optimal professionally-educational trajectory of the specialists was built (in terms of accumulation competitive advantages). Analysis of state of employers' satisfaction by competences, knowledge and skills of young specialists was carried out at the base of author's methodology, which allowed to build the profile of "ideal specialist". In the course of economic-mathematical analysis the state of influencing social-economical factors upon the level of young specialists' job placement was assigned. Prospective directions of increasing youth's competitiveness at the labor market were proposed on basis of the analysis. Reasonability of creating Center of developing labor market and professional orientation was substantiated as supposed to be one of the elements of specialists' competitiveness management. Practicability of implementation National system of qualifications was confirmed and also reasonability of providing measures aimed to improve Project of National frame work of qualifications was affirmed.
