Object of research: labor potential as a complex socio-economic phenomenon; Objective: To study theoretical and methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations for assessing the quality of the labor potential of banks; methods and apparatus: morphological analysis, systems analysis, statistical analysis, expert interviews, method of taxonomy, the method of fuzzy logic, correlation and regression analysis, graphical method, theoretical and practical results: the definition of "employment potential", a feature which is the account of the aggregate of congenital and acquired physical and spiritual (including mental) abilities to work directly intended and appropriate for use in the workplace in accordance with the required competencies, assessment of quality characteristics as a potential labor banks, which, unlike the existing method using fuzzy logic defined three levels of influence business and personal characteristics on the quality of labor potential ( high, medium, low), the system of indicators to measure the quality of the labor potential of banks, which features an extra expansion content quality characteristics due to the release of the moral-psychological and cultural qualities of the inherent competencies and quantitative characteristics, the composition of which are summarized by gender, age, marital status, health, work experience, education and qualification levels, group characteristics as labor potential, which, unlike existing ones, by using a matrix, based on levels of influence business and personal characteristics on the quality of labor potential, determined using the method of fuzzy logic , methodical approach to evaluating the quality of the labor potential of the staff of the bank, which, unlike the existing ones, based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluations, combined methods of determination (method of fuzzy logic - for quality assessment, statistical method - to quantify) and association estimates in the integral index of quality of labor potential of the method of determination of its taxonomic levels (low, medium, high), the degree of implementation: design implemented in practice JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine", JSC "UkrSibbank" educational process; Scope: score quality of labor potential staff of banks, educational process
