Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to further development of methodological fundamentals for research the state and development of the region labour resources by mathematical modeling methods for the basing of regional policy of employment. The models and methods of the government impact to the labour resources were analyzed. The golding programming methods and fuzzy sets theory obtained the further development. The system of individual criterias for the complex evaluation of the region labour resources is based. Machalanobis metric was used for regions ranking. A Classification model was proposed with using the Robbinse-Monro's algorithm. The model has two levels and takes into consideration the fuzziness of results. The terms of fuzziness of economic objects ranging were analyzed with using of geometrical convolution criteria methods. A model which takes into account and partly reduces the fuzziness of ranging is offered. Multicriterial mathematical model and information technologies were used for evaluation of the labour resources of the Ukraine regions.
