Essay

The object of study: processes of interaction between subjects of labor relations in the labor and business issues. The aim of study: the development of theoretical positions and drafting of practical recommendations relating to the modernization of social and labor relations based on the principles of state and contract management implementation. Methods of study: dialectical approach; methods of induction and deduction; methods of system analysis; the comparative geographic, statistical, cyclic methods; systematic approach; the method of synthesis; econometric methods and elements of probability theory. The practical significance of results lays in the development of valid conclusions and recommendations relating to ways of effective employment problems solving; working conditions and occupational safety and health of hired workers improving; fair distribution of labor; enhancing of social protection; and the process of economy competitiveness increasing. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was the first time when the methodological approach relating to the improvement of governance and contractual regulation of social-labor relations in the labor and business issues was proposed. Were improved: information and legal system of SLR (social and labor relations) regulation through the development of standards of SLR regulation in the regions; a methodical approach relating to the improvement of social dialogue in terms of essential restructuring of the main body of reconciling the interests of the state, business and workers of the National Tripartite Social and Economic Council; the main directions of market-type SLR modernization. Further developments have got: the conceptual approaches to the modernization of socio-labor relations; the definition of institutional regulators of SLR system; recommendations about the changes in Laws of Ukraine "About Collective Contracts and Agreements," "About the procedure of collective labor disputes (conflicts) resolution" and "About the social dialogue in Ukraine".
