Staryk R. Organization of the formation and development of intellectual capital in the enterprise

Object of research: the process of formation, development and effective use of intellectual capital. Purpose: To deepen theoretical and methodological basis and development of methodological and practical recommendations to improve the mechanisms of intellectual capital in the enterprise. Methods: economic and statistical analysis, cause-effect relationships, economics and mathematical modeling, system, graphics. Novelty: the first time developed a methodological approach to the evaluation of intellectual capital on the basis of separation of components of human, market and organizational capital into groups of high, medium and low importance, improved mechanism for knowledge management in the enterprise by analyzing its key processes and concept development, algorithm implementation of organizational changes the company based on the selection of relevant stages of the process. Scope: in the activities of the Lviv Regional Territorial Office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, JSC "Iskra", in educational process of National University of Food Technologies.
