Vasilchuk N. Determination of social-demographic to the portrait of segments regional labour-market

Research object: regional market of labour segmentation. Research purpose: generalization of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations on determination of social demographic portrait of segments of regional labour-market. Research methods: scientific generalization and classification; logic, komparativic, graphic and cartographic analysis; matrix, dynamic and statistical analysis; economic mathematical design. Theoretical and practical results consist in deepening, subsequent development and improvement of scientific and practical positions on determination of social and demographic portrait of segments of regional labour-market. The practical value of the executed research consists in development of scientific, practical and methodical positions and recommendations, suitable for the practical use. Recommendations are utillized in-process: Main administration of economy of Lugansk regional state administration; Management of economy of Lugansk city advice; Lugansk regional center of employment of the State center of employment of Ministry of social policy of Ukraine; there is the "Lugansk center of professional and technical of education of Government service employment" of Ministry of social policy of Ukraine in the educational process of State Educational Establishment. Scientific novelty: the receptions of dynamic research of regional labour-markets, uses of analytical methods of estimation of segmentation on the basis of komparativic analysis of indexes of regional labour-market, going, are improved near regional market of labour segmentation, receptions of estimation and search of segments of regional labour-market on the basis of application matrix method. The triad of adjusting of segments of regional labour-market and certainly prospects of development of segments of regional labour-market by a calculation prognosis indexes is formed. Theoretical positions are extended about essence of market of labour segmentation. Got further development of generalization of criteria, variables, descriptions and methods of market of labour segmentation, determination of factors of influence (demographic, social and economic, professional and qualification, political, geographical and organizational) on forming and regional market of labour segmentation. The sphere of the use is activity of Main administrations of economy, labour and social defence of population of regional and city state administrations; regional centers of employment; scientific establishments on the type of the advanced study; higher educational establishments.
