Essay

The purpose of research is theoretically substantiate and experimentally test pedagogical conditions of optimization the process of civic up-bringing of teenagers in the children-youth associations. The object of research is the process of civic up-bringing of teenagers in the children-youth associations. Мethods of research are: theoretical; empirical; statistics methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data. The state of investigation the problem of civic up-bringing in the pedagogical theory and practice is analyzed. Сontradictions that interfere effective inculcation of civic up-bringing of teenagers in modern children-youth associations are revealed. The questions of developing new approaches to the civic up-bringing of teenagers in children-youth associations and rising up their civic breeding are related. It is determined that teenagers' age is the most auspicious for civic up-bringing. It is established that important thing in civic up-bringing is: to take into account personality's necessities in belonging and defense, that made him find a social group, where he will feel himself psychology comfortably; from the other side such social group, the state and society require the special style and values of citizen. Children-youth associations possess with great possibilities for bringing-up teenagers as active citizens of the state, ensure their selfdetermination, form such sides of living experience, which they can not receive in other educational institutions. It is scientifically substantiate and experimentally tested the pedagogical conditions of optimization the process of civic up-bringing of teenagers in children-youth associations which ensure: extending civic knowledge in teenagers; forming civic relations that are grounded on the feelings of love to the state, other people, themselves, nature; comprehending and developing necessities in such kind of activities which are oriented for solving important living and social problems, their forming as citizens of the state. As a result they ensure rising up the level of teenagers' civic breeding.
