Essay

The object of study: processes of social and labor relations at enterprises and companies. The aim of study: the study of ways to improve financial incentives of work at enterprises and companies. Methods of study: comparative analysis, statistical and economic analysis, mathematical modeling, method of deduction. The practical significance of results lays in the development of recommendations of ways to improve the level of productivity at enterprises and companies, which can be used to form effective system of regulation of labor at enterprises and companies, in the development of organizational, technical, regulatory and legal measures aimed onto the process of already existing progressive labor standards improvement, and in creation of programs of socio-economic development of regions and cities. Scientific novelty of results lies in fact that it was proved that one of the defining ways to improve the system of material incentives of work at enterprises is the definition of its level of competitiveness. Were implemented: methodological approach to the process of work of the company's managerial personnel assessing; the mechanisms of level of labor productivity. Further developments have got: theoretical positions regarding the definition of the modern paradigm of material incentives of work at enterprises and companies; the study of ways to reform the remuneration of labor for increasing its catalytic function; measures to ensure the conditions for growth of both, the level of productivity and the level of overall performance of production; the research and study of factors which lead to significant changes in the system of material incentives of work in modern paradigm.
