Krasnozhon N. Segmentation of the labour market in the context of innovation development

Object of research: the process of segmentation of regional labor markets. Objective: deepening the theoretical and methodological principles of formation of a segmented labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improvement the system of its regulation under conditions of innovative development. Methods: abstract-logic, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, generalization, analytical-statistical, sociological analysis, economic-mathematical, comparative analysis, sample surveys, public opinion polls. Novelty: first developed a conceptual approach to building regulation mechanism segmented regional labor market in innovation, improved methodological approach to identifying, analyzing and forecasting dynamics of the major segments of the labor market, methodological framework for implementing employment programs, which compared with the existing takes into account the differences in segments, in particular, innovation, providing ensuring the conditions decent work and social cohesion.
