Essay

The thesis deals with the problems of increasing the effectiveness of motivational process management at the enterprise. The paper discusses and analyzes the essence and main stages of motivation. The essence of the concept of "staff motivation" has been defined more precisely; the scheme of staff motivational process and economic-mathematical and structural model of this process have been improved. In order to assess the level of motivation of employees there have been formed and proved a set of quantitative and qualitative indicators, as well as the mathematical model and block diagram for determining the level of motivation has been built. The method of formalization of the staff motivational level evaluation process based on fuzzy logic and neural networks has been improved. There has been proposed the method of evaluating the motivational sphere of employees to determine the motives of employees to work, which allows to develop an effective system of incentives. "MOTIVATION" software complex for the automation of motivation management process in the business has been developed.
