Object of research: processes of structural reorganization of control system by a large industrial complex by the method of outsourcing. Purpose of research: development of economical and mathematical models of structural reorganization of large industrial complex with the purpose of increase of efficiency of his functioning. Methods of research: analysis of the systems, general theory of the systems, theory of the viable systems, economical and mathematical modeling, processes modeling, economic dynamics, methodology of creation of the informative systems and databases. Results: determination of modern problems and features of functioning of large industrial complexes of Ukraine; determination of role and specific lines of going near the design of processes of structural reorganization of large industrial complex; conception of design of processes of structural reorganization of large industrial complex is worked out; the simulation model of business processes of production of large industrial complex is worked out; the processes model of structural reorganization of large industrial complex is worked out; a case frame is worked out by co-operation in the system "Enterprise - outsourcing " as viable system; the structure of the system of support of making decision is worked out in the process of structural reorganization of large industrial complex.
