Object of research: the creativity motivation process of innovators – developers of product and technological innovations in industry; aim of work: further development of theoretical issues of innovators creativity motivation and development of methodical providing of its increase in industry; research methods and apparatus: analysis and synthesis; induction; logical method; graphic method; statistical supervision, interview of behavior examples, rating, expert estimations, questioning, questionnaires; ranging, cross-correlation, cluster, multidimensional factor, and discriminate analysis, calculation of taxonomic index; methods of intellectual analyses of information; theoretical and practical results: model of competenses of innovators, which contains specific for innovators competenses grouped in clusters, scales of estimation of their level; conceptual points of innovators creativity motivation, which, unlike existing, takes into account the key role of internal motivation of innovators; applyes the analysis of competenses for the exposure of level of innovators internal motivation; determins interest to work and its innovative character as the main factor of internal motivation of innovators; supposes distinguishing of three types of innovator for the increase of their internal motivation; supposes the necessity of choice of methods of creativity external motivation of innovators with taking into account their individual motivational profile; determines the level of competences and results of work of innovator the criteria of efficiency of creativity motivation; innovators typology depending on the level of their competences is developed (organizers, individual workers and executives); methodical approach to creativity motivation of innovators is developed, which contains the details of about stages and methods of innovators creativity motivation; structure of dataware of innovators creativity motivation management in industry that takes into account the interdependence of innovators competenses, their motivational sensitiveness, level of satisfaction, effectiveness of work; the choice procedure of external motivation areas of innovators creativity are developed based on testing their satisfaction level and motivational sensitiveness to determined motivation factors; methodical approach to creativity motivation of innovators is developed, which contains the details about stages and methods of innovators creativity motivation; degree of introduction: the propositions are embedded into practical activity of JSCS "Technological park "Institute of single-crystals", State enterprise "Plant of chemical reagents"; sphere of use: management of the personnel of innovative enterprises
