Essay

In this dissertation the comprehensive research of forming and development of organizational and economic mechanism of employment promotion for persons with limited physical abilities (PLPA) was conducted. Theoretical and methodological foundations of PLPA employment promotion were deepened, namely: formed the author's approach to understanding of essence of PLPA rational employment; expanded the classification of incentives forming factors for employment of such persons; suggested the complex of organizational and economic instruments of macro-, meso-, micro-level within the mechanism to promote their employment. Analytically estimated acting in Ukraine mechanism of employment promotion for PLPA and signs of its imperfection were found, found organizational and economic factors of social exclusion of such persons from the scope of employment. Assessed sharpness of regional differences in the system measures of PLPA employment promotion. Substantiated top priority measures and directions of theoretical and applied scenario of social inclusion of PLPA in the scope of employment. Suggested economical and mathematical tools of job selection for such person based on the modeling of various alternatives formed by profit criteria of different options of application of labor, costs of physical capabilities support and providing of vital functions. Determined improvement directions of institutional employment of PLPA.
