Kretovych S. Scientific means of monitoring of the development of I-II Level of Accreditation Higher Educational Establishment

The thesis is dedicated to working out, grounding and experimental analysis of the content, structure and technology of monitoring of the development of I-II Level of Accreditation Higher Educational Establishment in order to optimize effectiveness of its activity in the field of training professionals obtaining higher education. For the first time the content, structure and technology of Higher educational establishment of I-II Level of Accreditation are separated, worked out and experimentally approved; the plot of concepts are defined: "quality", "quality of training (education)", "monitoring", "educational monitoring" with respect to peculiarities of specific development of I - II Level of Accreditation Higher Educational Establishments; the theory of expert estimation has gained further development through working out of criteria manifestation of training quality and index of higher educational establishment development.
