Sytar L. Strategic guidance and direction of infrastructure for culture

Object of study: the processes of development of infrastructure for cultural sphere. Objective: reasoning the theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations for developing strategic goals and definition of priority areas for development of infrastructure of cultural sphere of Ukraine. Methods: theoretical comparison, economic analysis and synthesis, formal-legal, classification, clustering and structural-logic, correlation and regression, index, mapping, analogy, Box-Jenkins. Novelty: the first time the concept of infrastructure for culture is developed, which contains the basic provisions and qualitative criteria, through which one can assess the prospects of its development, and also measures for its implementation, aimed at improving the quality of state, reducing the radius of the availability of cultural public service institutions and increasing their territorial concentration, improved the theoretical and methodological positions that combines content-logical relationships in the system concepts by defining the content of the definitions of "culture" and "cultural infrastructure", the method of evaluation of interregional differentiation of infrastructure for cultural classification of factors of infrastructure for cultures content and methodological approach to the expenditures of the consolidated budget for culture for the regions. Scope: in the activities of Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, in the learning process of Lviv Lyceum Management.
