Tishkov B. Models and methods of the indicative planning of an enterprise's performance

The dissertation focuses on the further development of theoretical methods and devising of instruments for the indicative planning of an enterprise's performance. On the basis of research into the essence, functions, forms and methods of the indicative planning there have been developed the latter's conceptual principles concerning the understanding of this process at the microlevel, determination of the sequence of its stages and procedures followed at each of these stages, development of their classification in accordance with the enterprise's potential and its components, as well as classification of regulators of the enterprise's performance. As a result of this research, it has been proved that the process of the indicative planning simultaneously plays the role of a regulator of the market environment, which can be expressed by a game model of finding the Nash equilibrium. There has been developed a concept of modelling the indicative planning of an enterprise's performance, which is based on principles of systematic approach, formal logic, modelling of economic systems and processes, econometric, game, imitation modelling and decision-making theory, and which is implemented in the following aggregated blocks: theoretical methods of the indicative planning, modelling of the indicative planning, realization of models and methods of the indicative planning, indicative plan and monitoring. The development of a system for managing the indicative planning process with the relevant information and expert support is aimed at the enhancement of the practical significance of scientific results.
