Thesis is devoted to the decision of theoretical and practical task in relation of overcoming contradictions in regional labour-market functioning .It is based on the capacity of regional labour-market determination and development of recommendations in relation to its adjusting. Certainly, that under a regional labour-market it follows to understand a national market within the limits of suggestion forming and demand on the labour share, costs of labour force in accordance with the characteristic terms of region economy developing. Understanding of economic capacity essence and capacity of regional labour-market are specified. Generalized world experience of labour-market adjusting is based in the selection of institute terms for the increasing employment population. Found out progress of labour-market in Ukraine and the regions trends are based in the selection of structure and dynamics employment. A regional labour-market is analyzed with the using of quantitative and high-quality indexes. The intersectoral problem is utilized near the estimation of regional labour-market capacity; it is based on determination of balance demanding and supply of labour force.
