Dissertation is dedicated to deepening the theoretical and methodological basics of forming organizational and economic mechanism for labour performance management and processing of scientific and applied measures for its implementation in management practice. The organizational and economic tools able to increase the potential and adaptive capacity of mechanism for labour performance management in the Architecture, Design and Technical Activities Linked to Construction sector organizations is developed in this thesis. The essence of job performance as an integral category that combines economic, social and organizational components is justified. The current state is defined; existing problematic issues and reserves in labour performance management are detected; the performance dynamics in studied sector is estimated. The algorithm for parameters of quantitative and qualitative labour characteristics determining is proposed and tested. The multifactor model of labour performance and conceptual access for prognostication the economic effects of performance management mechanism introduction are designed. The functional and logic system of measures for performance raising on the level of organization is formed.
